PICNIC ON THE PARK LUNCHEON TO FEATURE CREATIVE BONNETS & FASHIONS
Whether you are feeling elegant or silly, creative or cute, youre invited to don a bonnet that reflects your mood for the annual Picnic On the Park ladies luncheon and fashion show 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 3 at the Kingwood Country Club. Highlighted by a fashion show featuring one-of-a-kind garments created by members of the Houston Area Fiber Artists (HAFA), the luncheon also will include prizes for the best bonnets in various categories including individual awards for judges favorite, most festive, most creative and youve got to be kidding me as well as group awards for judges favorite, largest group and most creative.
Emceed by Tribune Newspapers editor Cynthia Calvert, the luncheon features shopping and socializing among a select group of vendors offering jewelry, cosmetics, fashion and decorator items.
